Olga Bulgakova
Born in Moscow into a family of artists. She graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School in 1969 and the Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute in 1975 (studio of Professor D.K. Mochalsky). She is a Corresponding Member (2007) and a Full Member (Academician) of the Russian Academy of Arts. Member of the Bureau of the Painting Department of the Russian Academy of Arts. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (since 1976) and the Moscow Union of Artists (since 1993).
