Dmitry Ikonnikov

Born in 1952 in Murmansk. He lived and worked in Moscow. In 1981, he graduated from the Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute (MGAHI). He was a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts (Painting Department, 2011), and a member of the Union of Artists of Russia (1998), the Creative Union of Artists of Russia (1995), and the Moscow Union of Artists (2003). He was also a Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Culture and Art (2008).
