Alexander Suvorov

Born in 1952 in Moscow. From 1960 to 1966, he studied at the Moscow Secondary Art School at the Surikov Institute, and from 1969 to 1975, he attended the Faculty of Graphics at the Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute (MGAHI). He is an Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts (Graphics Department, 2012; Corresponding Member since 2007) and was named an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation in 2016. He has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1977, and a member of the Moscow Union of Artists (MSKH) since 1997.
